ADAVERSE SAUDI ARABIA

We co-manage the Saudi Arabia branch of Adaverse, one of the largest blockchain accelerator in the Middle East and Africa. We offer incubation, acceleration, and venture capital services.

OIO HOLDINGS

A listed company on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), in which we became the largest shareholder in 2019, promoting the introduction of blockchain business. It has become the first publicly listed blockchain-dedicated company in Singapore.

EMURGO Middle East and Africa

We provide comprehensive support for the Middle East and Africa branch of EMURGO, the official commercialization entity of Cardano, one of the world's largest blockchain. Our role includes building governance and back-office systems for investment operations.

Services

INVESTMENT

We invest in startup companies focusing on emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI. Generally, we invest in pre-seed and seed stage startups with ticket sizes ranging from 30K to 100K. However, for outstanding projects, we may also participate in middle-stage investments.

VENTURE SUPPORT

We provide comprehensive support for startup founders, including business development, research, management, and technical design. For exceptional projects, we may also join as co-founders by acquiring more than 10% equity.

BACK OFFICE SERVICE

We propose optimal systems for general affairs, finance, accounting, legal, recruitment, HR, and governance according to the industry and scale of startups. We also support the establishment of companies in Singapore, Dubai, and offshore entities (BVI, Cayman).
